Joe: “I can see Putin sitting in Moscow saying, ‘Jesus Christ, Iran gets the nuclear weapon, who goes first?’ Moscow, not Washington.”

AP: “(MOSCOW) Russian news agencies quote the country’s nuclear agency chief as saying a Russian-built nuclear power reactor in Iran is still set to be switched on this year. …Russia is helping Iran build its first nuclear power plant as part of a program Iran says is purely peaceful.”

Joe (running against Obama): “They [China] have a mortgage on our house because Bush mortgaged us to a $1 trillion to them. He is responsible for this. This is outrageous!”

Joe, working for Obama: “We’re going to go bankrupt as a nation. Now, people when I say that look at me and say, ‘What are you talking about, Joe? You’re telling me we have to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?’ The answer is yes, that’s what I’m telling you.”

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - In giving the republican response to President Obama’s speech Tuesday night, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal pointed out fundamental differences in how republicans and democrats see the economy.

Wednesday morning on the CBS Early Show, Vice President Joe Biden asked, “But what I don’t understand from Governor Jindal is what would he do? In Louisiana, there’s 400 people a day losing their jobs. What’s he doing?” But that claim is wrong if you look at the numbers from the Louisiana Workforce Commission.

His stuff on the VP in the constitution in that debate was way better, imho. As a con law prof and one of the few senators in history to have an act that he sponsored struck down under article I, you’d have thought he’d know his art. I from his art. II, but he apparently cannot distinguish between the two, nor can he restrain himself from bombast despite his lack of knowledge of the contents of either.
